Pallet Wine Company

Pallet Wine Company is an urban winery located in Medford, Oregon, specifically situated in the heart of downtown within the Cooley-Neff Building, a historic structure added to the National Historic Register. Founded in 2009, it is the first and busiest custom crush and private label wine facility in Southern Oregon, serving over 25 clients with more than 1,000 wines produced to date. The winery offers full-service winemaking, storage, laboratory, and wine education services to growers and wineries in the region. With a focus on providing an unparalleled selection of wines, Pallet Wine Company aims to satisfy every palate with unique and traditional white and red varietals.
