Paper Planes Wine Company

Paper Planes Wine Company is a husband-and-wife-run winery founded by Laura and Kyle Gabriel in 2014, after launching a successful crowdfunding campaign. The couple met in film school and bonded over their love of sharing great food and wine with friends, eventually quitting their jobs to pursue the wine business. They source grapes from top vineyards across the Sonoma Coast and beyond for their low-intervention wines, which include rosé of Pinot Noir, fresh expressions of Pinot Noir, Grenache, and Valdiguié. The winery's tasting room, The River Club, is located in downtown Napa and offers a collaborative space to taste their wines alongside other local producers. Paper Planes Wine Company is known for its lively and approachable wines that aim to bring people together and create lasting memories. With a focus on community and connection, the winery has grown from a small startup to a 10-year-old business with two young children involved in the family operation.
