Parker-Binns Vineyard and Winery

Parker-Binns Vineyard and Winery is a multi-generation family-owned and operated vineyard and winery located on a 40-acre estate in the Tryon foothills of North Carolina. The winery's history began with its founders, who spent 25 years in the food and beverage industry on the Jersey Shore before purchasing land in South Florida to establish a tree farm and plant nursery. After 20 successful years, they sold their property to the government as part of an effort to restore and save the Everglades. The family then relocated to North Carolina, where they established Parker-Binns Vineyard and Winery. The winery is known for its estate-grown wines, including Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Manseng, among others. The Tryon region has a rich history of grape growing, dating back to the mid-1800s, and Parker-Binns Vineyard and Winery stands on the shoulders of this heritage while producing its own wines. Visitors can enjoy the winery's tasting room, which offers a large selection of wines, as well as live music and food events throughout the week. The Relish Kitchen is open Thursday through Sunday, serving lunch and snacks from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm. The winery's atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside making it an ideal destination for a day out.
