Prejean Winery

Prejean Winery is a family-owned and operated winery located on the western slopes of Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Founded by Jim and Elizabeth Prejean in 1979, the winery has been producing estate-grown and produced wines for over four decades. The winemaking team crafts small-batch vintages with care, working thoughtfully with each season's growing conditions to produce consistently high-quality wine. The tasting room is a welcoming space where visitors can share in the Prejean family's love of wine, with an array of wines available by the glass or bottle, including bone-dry reds and bright dessert wines. Reservations are not required for groups of six or less, but larger groups should call ahead to ensure availability. The winery is dog-friendly, with a new dog park on site, and offers picnic areas and a Gazebo where guests can enjoy a bottle or glass in the garden area. Prejean Winery's owner, Tom Prejean, views wine as a story that unfolds from the soil to the winemaker's hands, making each visitor an important part of the process.
