Pudding River Wine Cellars

The winery was founded by Sean Allen in 2004 after his 15-year career as a mechanical engineer, who brought his science-based background to viticulture and winemaking through formal training at Chemeketa Wine Studies program. Pudding River Wine Cellars is known for producing boutique-styled wines in the classic Oregon style using sustainable methods, which have been recognized by the Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast with a growing accumulation of accolades from wine and food competitions in the region. The winery's tasting room and patio are open seasonally from February to December, with hours of operation being Friday-Sunday from 12:00pm-5:00pm and Tuesday-Thursday by appointment only. Reservations for tastings are appreciated, and curbside pickup and delivery options are available. The property, which was once a poultry farm, sits along the banks of the Pudding River and features a historic setting with a patio and green space for picnics.
