Rancho Guejito Vineyards

Rancho Guejito Vineyards is a historic winery located in the heart of San Pasqual Valley wine region, Escondido, California. Established in 1845 by Jose Maria Orozco as one of the Mexican Land Grant ranches awarded during the "Days of the Dons", the vineyard spans approximately 13,298 acres and offers a unique tasting experience at its Rockwood Farmhouse (built in 1885) tasting room. The winery is known for its wine clubs, which transport members to a simpler time with six shipments per year, as well as exclusive events on the historic property. Visitors can enjoy hayride tours through the vineyards and groves, live music, and a kid- and dog-friendly atmosphere in the gardens or air-conditioned tasting room. The winery's history is deeply rooted in early California, and its legacy is reflected in every sip of its wines.
