Rava Wines

Rava Wines is a Paso Robles-based winery located in the El Pomar AVA within Paso Robles Wine Country. The winery is owned by Chad and Lauren Rava, a third-generation farming family who have taken their expertise into the cellar to craft sparkling wines using the traditional méthode champenoise style. Their estate vineyards span over 1,200 acres across two locations: the foothills of the Santa Lucia Range in Monterey County and the Rava Estate in Paso Robles. The winery's focus is on producing hand-crafted, estate-grown sparkling wines reminiscent of old-world traditions found in smaller grower champagne houses. Rava Wines + Events offers a unique blend of modern hospitality, fine wines, and estate sparkling wines, making it a prime destination for celebrations and live entertainment. The intimate venue features a state-of-the-art multipurpose event center, accommodating various occasions from intimate ceremonies to larger gatherings. Onsite luxury accommodations are also available in Villa Giada, the 3-bedroom estate home.
