Reid's Livery Winery

Reid's Livery Winery is a small farm winery in Alvaton, Kentucky, opened in spring 2009 by owner and wine grower Rex Reid. Self-trained on the farm, Reid produces estate wines from fruit and grapes grown, picked, and made on the property, with most ingredients sourced locally in Kentucky and some juice imported from New York for select bottlings. The portfolio spans award-winning fruit wines such as Black Raspberry, Triple Crown Blackberry, and Healthy Harvest elderberry, alongside grape wines including Norton, Traminette, and wines made from Moore's Diamond grapes. The winery has won the Kentucky Commissioner's Cup for Best Boutique Wine three times and collected more than 250 international medals. Tastings are by appointment, and the farm also offers a small farm experience, horsemanship lessons, birthday parties, and a presence at the farmers market.
