Rivaura Winery

Rivaura Estate Vineyard and Winery sits on both banks of the Clearwater River in Juliaetta, Idaho, a short drive from Lewiston. Viticultural consultant Kevin Pogue of VinTerra Consulting has assessed that the site's elevation, soils, and climate match conditions found in some of the best vineyards of the Walla Walla Valley, suggesting strong potential for Idaho-grown wines. The winery is estate-grown, with grapes cultivated using sustainable viticulture practices and processed in winemaking facilities. Its portfolio spans crisp whites through bold reds, and it pours award-winning wines at both locations. Visitors can taste at the flagship tasting room in Juliaetta, which includes a patio, or at the second tasting room in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Staff lead tastings and talk through the winemaking process with guests.
