Sarver Winery

Sarver Winery is located in Oregon, with an estate-grown focus on their grape production. The winery's tasting room is open daily from 12pm to 6pm Sunday through Thursday, and until 8pm Friday and Saturday, offering seating both inside and outside on the patio. Sarver Winery features a range of wines, including new releases such as the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2024 Estate Brut Riesling, and 2024 Estate Chardonnay. The winery hosts various events throughout the year, including live music performances during their Winter Concert Series and Spring Wine Club. The latter kicks off on March 6th and runs through March 29th, with Penelope, their food truck, serving wood-fired pizzas every weekend during this period. Visitors can also enjoy a selection of gourmet cheeses, salamis, and freshly baked bread, accompanied by beautiful views.
