Sass Winery

Sass Winery is situated in the South Salem Hills of Oregon's Willamette Valley, where the unique combination of hazy, warm days and cool nights during autumn allows for the development of intense, complex flavors and aromas in their wines. The winery's estate Wild Winds Vineyard spans 19.4 acres, with eight blocks planted across a range of elevations from 500 to 570 feet, and exposures mostly east and southeast. The soil is a well-drained silty clay loam called Jory, which contributes to the region's characteristic hue. Sass Winery focuses on organic farming practices, allowing for a natural approach to grape cultivation. Their wine selection includes Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Rose of Gamay Noir, all sourced from their estate vineyard in the Willamette Valley.
