Satori Cellars

Satori Cellars is a boutique winery located in the Santa Clara Valley, featuring estate-grown red wines that are multi-award-winning. The winery's tasting experience takes place in an outdoor oasis setting, open every weekend from noon to 5 PM for public wine tastings, with private VIP tastings and large group celebrations available by reservation. Visitors can enjoy a variety of wines, including merlot, zinfandel, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, syrah, and petite sirah, as well as a home-made sangria year-round. The tasting fee is $20 per person, which includes one white wine and four red estate wines. Satori Cellars' story began in 1993 when Tom Moller purchased a 20-acre prune orchard in Gilroy, which he later converted into a vineyard with the help of his wife Sandy. The winery has since grown to include over 6,000 vines across two plantings, with a focus on producing high-quality red wines that showcase the best of the Santa Clara Valley's terroir.
