Savage Grace Winery

Savage Grace Winery, established in 2011 by owner-winemaker Michael Savage, is situated on Underwood Mountain within the Columbia Gorge AVA. The estate spans 42 acres at elevations ranging from 1000 to 1400 feet, with the Columbia River playing a significant role in shaping the vineyard's climate and temperature. Michael's winemaking philosophy emphasizes low-intervention techniques, focusing on terroir expression and balance between grape, vineyard, and vintage. He practices regenerative farming, adhering to a "hands-on in the vineyard, hands-off in the winery" approach. The winery's signature style is characterized by old-world inspired, lower-alcohol wines that are both delicate and expressive. Visitors can experience Savage Grace Wines at two locations: Underwood and Woodinville. At Underwood, an Exploratory Tasting offers a curated selection of 7+ wines from the estate and négociant portfolio, including comparison and side-by-side tastings. A House Tasting features 5 wines from across the portfolio for $30 (waived with a 2-bottle purchase). In Woodinville, a similar House Tasting is available at the Wine Lounge.
