Sawtooth Winery

Sawtooth Winery is a winery based in Idaho's Snake River Valley, established in 1987. Under the direction of winemaker Meredith Smith, Sawtooth has gained national recognition for its Riesling, Syrah, and Tempranillo wines, which capture the region's unique volcanic soils and mountain-framed vineyards. The winery operates two estate vineyards, Sawtooth Estate and Skyline Vineyard, spanning 470 acres across the Snake River Valley. These vineyards grow some of the region's most coveted grapes, including Riesling, Chardonnay, Syrah, Tempranillo, Malbec, and others. Sawtooth Winery is known for its Catch & Release series, which features wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Syrah, Nebbiolo, Carmenere, Pinot Noir, and Malbec. The winery also produces a range of other wines, including the Classic Fly series and Library Wine Selections.
