Senses Wines

Senses Wines is a collaborative effort between three childhood friends - Christopher Strieter, Max Thieriot, and Myles Lawrence-Briggs - who partnered with critically acclaimed winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown in 2011. The winery's focus lies in producing world-class wines from renowned vineyards planted by their families, primarily located in the West Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley regions of Sonoma County. Their approach to winemaking is centered around allowing the natural characteristics of each vineyard to shine through, with a hands-off philosophy that includes hand sampling, cold soaking, indigenous yeast fermentation, and aging in French cooperages. The team's attention to detail and commitment to quality have led to the inclusion of many coveted vineyard sites throughout northern California in their production portfolio. With a strong emphasis on farming each vine as minimally as possible, Senses Wines aims to showcase complexity and purity in every vintage.
