Six Wicket Vineyards

Six Wicket Vineyards is a family-owned winery located in Myersville, Maryland, within the state's viticultural region. The winery was founded by Edward and Kathy O'Laughlin in 2019, who had previously been involved in farming since 2014. They have planted over 22,000 vines across their 16-acre estate, with a focus on growing high-quality vinifera grapes using sustainable practices. Their vineyard is home to seven different varietals, including two whites (Chardonnay and Albariño) and five reds (Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Teroldego, and Pinot Noir). The winery produces estate wines that reflect both classic style and a sense of place, with a current lineup featuring Albariño, Rosé, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Teroldego. In addition to their still wines, Six Wicket Vineyards is also producing its first sparkling wine, a Blanc de Blanc. The winery offers tastings and tours by appointment only, allowing visitors to experience the fruits of their labor in a personalized setting.
