Vern J Vierra, the owner of St Jorge Winery, grew up making wine alongside his father and grandfather, the labor of love turned out to be a yearly social event bringing together family to make the best wine with their secret methods. After much success among the family and friends, it was easy to turn his passion for making wonderful wine into a business reality. Deeply inspired by their many trips to Europe, the Vierras' sought out to recreate their experiences into a winery. That winery opened for business in August of 2009, and offers a one of a kind experience that you will never forget. With its Mediterranean architecture, it will take you to a place far away where you can forget your everyday stresses and just relax with an exceptional glass of wine. St Jorge Winery is located in the heart of the Lodi Wine Country, and is easily accessible from both Hwy 99 as well as I-5.Lodi is boasted as the wine capital of California, and is well-known for its beautiful scenery and great wineries.
