Sunshine Mill Winery

Sunshine Mill Winery is located in the Columbia Valley, Oregon, and is known for its handcrafted wines that range from estate-grown Pinot Noir to best-selling Viognier and Zinfandel. The winery was founded by James and Molli Martin, who also own Quenett Winery, which released its first vintage in 2002 with outstanding vintages of Sangiovese and Zinfandel. Copa Di Vino, another winery housed on site, offers ready-to-drink wine, inspired by the concept of wine bars in Provence. The Sunshine Mill itself has a rich history dating back over 130 years, having milled wheat for more than a century and being the first building in The Dalles to have electricity. Visitors can explore the property's grounds, which feature an ampitheater where tastings and wine enjoyment are encouraged, as well as a Boiler House Bar offering Antipasto platters. Wine enthusiasts can also join the winery's wine club for exclusive access to their selection of white wines, including the 2023 Nirvana blend and Chardonnay, and red wines such as the 2016 Pinot Noir and 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon.
