The Peculiar Winery

The Peculiar Winery is located in historic Peculiar, Missouri, a 15-acre property where owners Chris, Stacey, Perry, and Lynda ferment, filter, and bottle over twenty hand-crafted wines. The winery's signature blend, Belton's 150th Birthday Blend, debuted in June 2022 as a tribute to their hometown of Belton, Missouri, commemorating the town's Sesquicentennial on August 27, 2022. This sweet red blend features a label depicting Main Street Belton from 1872 and 2022. The Peculiar Winery offers live music events throughout the year, with performances by various artists such as Jillian Riscoe, The Heat, Chef Aristo's Curbside & Catering food trucks, and special events like the Annual Peculiar Winery Crawfish & Shrimp Boil. The winery is open for tastings and sales from Wednesday to Sunday, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Visitors can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while exploring the property, which hosts various activities and classes throughout the year.
