Thrall & Dodge Winery

Thrall & Dodge Winery is a farm winery located in the Kittitas Valley, north of the Yakima Valley near Ellensburg, Washington. As the oldest farm winery in the region, it produces premium wines grown, made, cellared, and bottled from the Columbia Valley AVA. The winery is situated on Manastash Ridge at 1500 feet elevation, offering a scenic view of the valley and the Stuart Mountain Range. Troy, the winemaker, has a background in winemaking that began with an apprenticeship under Manfred Vierthaler at the age of 19. He further refined his skills at Napa Valley College for Enology and won awards in amateur wine competitions before establishing Thrall & Dodge Winery in 2005. Kim, the winery manager, brings a background in social work and event planning to her role, providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The winery is currently closed for the 2026 season, but updates can be found on their Facebook page.
