Maria in Piano, which depicts the "Tower of the Blessed" as a final goal for souls transitioning to the afterlife. This parable reflects the winery's philosophy of expressing the best qualities of native Abruzzese grapes through meticulous vineyard and cellar selections. Founded in 1999 by the C family, Torre dei Beati initially converted their father Rocco's long-established vineyard to organic farming practices in 2000, producing its first bottle that year. The winery has since expanded to include a barrel room for maturation and a new production cellar, while introducing new grape varieties such as Pecorino and Trebbiano alongside Montepulciano. All grapes are estate-grown and vinified exclusively from their own vineyards. The winemaking approach emphasizes traditional methods and minimal use of additives, aligning with the principles of organic viticulture.
