Troon Vineyard

Troon Vineyard sits on a one-hundred-acre farm in Oregon's Applegate Valley, where it holds both Demeter Biodynamic and Regenerative Organic Gold Certification. The property grows grapevines alongside cider apples, vegetables, hay fields, re-wilded honeybees, sheep, chickens, and wildlife, with the aim of producing land-to-table wines and food while restoring the farm ecosystem. Winemaking is deliberately minimalist: fermentations rely on native yeasts, no additives are used, and new oak is avoided so the wines express the vineyard site. The same biodynamic intention extends to the gardens and orchards. Visitors can taste at the winery in the Applegate Valley or at the Biodynamic wine bar in McMinnville, and the winery offers website-exclusive releases and a membership program.
