Twisted Hills Craft Cidery

Twisted Hills Craft Cidery is a certified organic cider producer located in the Similkameen Valley, specifically in Cawston, within the Similkameen Wine Country region of British Columbia. Founded by Jo Schneider and Kaylan Madeira in 2012, the cidery is unique in that it grows its own organic apple varieties specifically for cider production, emphasizing the importance of high-quality apples in crafting exceptional ciders. The winemakers' philosophy revolves around practicing organic methods of farming and cidermaking, resulting in a full lineup of Certified Organic ciders made with Estate Grown Cider Apples. The cidery's tasting room, dubbed the CiderDome, is situated on an additional 5 acres acquired by Jo and Kaylan in 2017, complementing their original 7-acre orchard. Twisted Hills Craft Cidery offers a diverse range of ciders, including Cherry, Dry, Flexfit Hat (a merchandise item), Hopped Apricot Peach, Peach, Pear, Plum, and others, each showcasing the cidery's commitment to organic practices and innovative cider production methods.
