Tyee Wine cellars

Tyee Wine Cellars is a small, family-owned winery located on the Buchanan Family Century Farm in Corvallis, Oregon's Willamette Valley. The farm was founded over 140 years ago and has been operated cooperatively by fourth and fifth generation family farmers since its inception. Tyee Estate Wines are known for their focus on sustainable agriculture, with the estate vineyard adhering to Salmon-Safe ecolabel standards. The winery's signature varietals include Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Gewürztraminer, with some vines dating back to 1974. Winemaker Merrilee Buchanan, a fifth generation Willamette Valley farmer, manages the traditional winemaking process at Tyee Wine Cellars. The winery produces only 2000 cases annually, offering wine tastings and picnicking opportunities on their scenic family farm and vineyard. Visitors can also explore the historic barn events facility, hiking trails, and picnic tables amidst the Willamette Valley native woodlands and wetlands.
