Valley View Winery

Valley View Winery is one of the first wineries in Oregon, with a 50-year tradition of excellence. Founded by Frank and Ann Wisnovsky in 1972, the winery was originally established by pioneer Peter Britt in the 1850s but ended with his death in 1906. The current family-owned operation focuses on estate-grown wines from their vineyard in the Applegate Valley, which offers a diverse range of soil types and micro-climates suitable for various grape varieties. Valley View specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Viognier, Syrah, Tempranillo, and the signature Rogue Red blend, made from seven varietals. The winery produces premium quality wines under two labels: Valley View, offering affordable prices, and Domaine Rogue, reserved for exceptional vintages available only in limited quantities. Visitors can experience a customized pour at their tasting room located outside of Jacksonville, Oregon, or explore the Applegate Valley wine pavilion nearby.
