Van Duzer

Van Duzer Vineyards is a family-owned winery and estate vineyard established in 1998 by Carl and Marilynn Thoma, situated atop a windy knoll in the foothills of Oregon's coastal mountain range. The winery lies within the Van Duzer Corridor AVA (established in 2019), where 82 acres are exposed to cooling marine winds that rush through a deep gap in the Coast Range. This unique terroir allows Van Duzer Vineyards to craft cool-climate wines, primarily focusing on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and Syrah. The winery's tasting room has been recently refreshed and offers visitors a chance to experience their handcrafted Oregon wines. Visitors can make reservations for tastings and explore the surrounding area, which is described as "a bit off the beaten path" but full of adventure.
