Viandel Vineyard

Viandel Vineyard has an estate vineyard that outdoor seating overlooks. The tasting room offers intimate indoor seating, while the covered and heated patio is set up for year-round use with overhead heaters and vinyl walls. Reservations are highly recommended and run in 90-minute slots; groups of nine or more must submit a request form. The property does not allow outside beverages, and outside food is only permitted with full private event rentals. The winery works with Missouri fruit, including Norton and Chambourcin from the Ozark Mountain AVA, and produces a range of styles from dry to sweet. Dry wines include a French oak-aged Norton, an unoaked Chardonel, and a Missouri Chambourcin aged in Missouri oak. Sweet offerings include the red blend Jacks Fork, the rosé She Blooms, the white Samantha, and fruit wines such as Blackberry, Blueberry, and Peach. The drink menu also lists beer, and the kitchen serves salads, cheese and charcuterie boards, garlic cheese bread, dips, and brick oven pizza.
