Vinarija Mrgudic

Vinarija Mrgudic is a family-owned winery located in Potomje, Dalmatia, Croatia, with a history of vineyard cultivation spanning five generations. The winery produces a range of wines, including Dingač, Galerija, Plavac Mali Sivi, Plavac, Rukatac, and Ruža Dalmatinska. Notably, the Bura family is known for their unique blend of native Dalmatian varieties with international grapes, such as in the case of Bura Galerija, a coupage of Plavac Mali, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Marsellan. This wine showcases the terroir's distinctive flavor profile, characterized by dark fruit aromas, floral notes, and earthy minerality. The winery's wines are aged for 6 months in French, American, and Croatian oak barrels and an additional 10 months in bottle.
