Watermill Winery is a Pacific Northwest winery with estate vineyards across two distinct appellations: the Rocks District of Milton-Freewater and the Walla Walla Valley. The winery's story begins in the vineyard, where five estate sites are farmed with intention to produce wines that reflect the resilience of the land and the passion of its people. Watermill is known for its bold, expressive wines with remarkable depth and structure, particularly those from the Rocks District, which are characterized by ancient cobblestone soils and unrelenting growing conditions. The winery's Director of Winemaking, Israel Zenteno, brings a wealth of experience to his work, having spent three decades in winemaking programs in New Zealand and Mexico before finding his way to Washington State. Watermill offers a range of wines, including reds, rosés, and whites from single varieties and special blends. Visitors can taste these wines at one of the two tasting rooms: in Milton-Freewater, Oregon, or Wenatchee, Washington.
