Willow Spring Vineyards

Willow Spring Vineyards is a family-owned farm winery in the Merrimack Valley founded by Jim and Cindy Parker. They bought the property in 2000, salvaged an 18th-century barn that had been condemned, and spent seven years clearing the land and planting vines before opening as Willow Spring Vineyards, LLC in 2007. The restored barn now serves as the tasting room and event space, built with geothermal heating and cooling and solar panels. The winery specializes in French hybrid grapes chosen for their durability through cold, harsh winters and a short growing season. Most wines are estate grown on roughly two acres of vines, including Leon Millot, Marechal Foch, Marquette, Cabernet Franc, Seyval Blanc, and Vignoles, with some locally sourced fruit. Visitors can try wine flights inside the barn or on the wrap-around deck from April through December; reservations are not required for groups of six or fewer. The farm also offers a wine CSA and hosts weddings and private events.
