Woodshed Wine Company

Woodshed Wine Company is a premier wine tasting destination located in the heart of Oregon's Dundee Hills AVA. The winery crafts micro-lot Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and sparkling wines using grapes from their historic 48-year-old Woodshed Vineyard and neighboring vineyards. Their winemaking approach combines an old-school organic farming philosophy with modern techniques. New releases and library wines are available twice a year to those on their allocation list. Visitors can enjoy a complimentary tasting of top-rated wines paired with the vineyard's scenic views, although reservations are preferred. The Woodshed Vineyard has a rich history, dating back to 1978 when Jim McDaniel planted Pinot Noir vines in the Dundee Hills, guided by David Lett and using Dick Erath-sourced vines. The property was later acquired by the Van Nice family in 2018, who founded Woodshed Wine Company on the site. Today, the vineyard is certified LIVE Sustainable and employs dry farming with an old-school organic approach.
