Yellowhawk Sparkling Winery & Resort is a 84-acre hilltop retreat located in Walla Walla, Washington, within the heart of Washington wine country. The winery is situated on an elevated hillside offering expansive views of rolling wheat fields, lush vineyards, and farmland, as well as the Blue Mountains. Yellowhawk is known for its sparkling wines, with a limited still release program led by winemaker Jeremy Petty. The property features a tasting room, farm-to-table dining, swimming pool, lodging, and event space for weddings, reunions, and corporate retreats. The estate house was originally built in 1997 as a private residence and has undergone changes in ownership and winemaking focus over the years.
