Yellowstone Cellars & Winery

Yellowstone Cellars & Winery is Billings' only winery, founded in 2010 by fourth-generation Montanan Clint Peck and now run by his daughter Sarah and son-in-law Brandon Skarsten. The winery sources grapes from Washington's Yakima Valley and produces its red and white wines in Billings, with Brandon and Sarah overseeing crush, fermentation, barrel aging, and hand-bottling. The tasting room in Billings serves as a casual gathering spot where guests pair wines with artisanal flatbreads, charcuterie, pizza, and small plates. Live music plays on Friday and Saturday nights. Visitors can drop in for a $25 tasting flight of three wines plus a winemaker's featured selection, or book a private two-hour tasting for 4 to 12 guests, offered Monday through Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons. The winery also runs a quarterly wine club with three hand-selected bottles per release.
